Tim Allen flashes ‘House Development’ co-star in resurfaced clip

Tim Allen used to be filmed playfully flashing his “House Development” co-star Patricia Richardson in a newly resurfaced clip.
Within the blooper scene, Allen, who performed Richardson’s husband at the ABC sitcom, is wearing a kilt because the actress says, “Hangs lengthy. I simply want it used to be shorter.”
